Beach House Refresh

This oceanfront investment property has great bones but was showing its age. Working with a budget, the owners wanted to refresh and update the home room by room so they could realize its full earning potential. This primary suite was given a refresh with bright paint, new furniture, curtains, and bedding. The ensuite was gutted and updated with new floor tile, vanity, mirrors, paint, and shower tile. The space now feels so clean and welcoming.
